Privacy

Recipients: your email address, page details (name, bio, price, refund window), and Stripe account id for payouts.

Senders: your email address and the message you write, so we can deliver it, relay replies, and issue refunds. We never see or store card numbers — payment goes directly to Stripe.

We also keep webhook event records and spam scores from our email provider to run refunds reliably and to filter abuse.

Stripe (payments, refunds, payouts), Postmark (sending and receiving email), and Supabase (database hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We don't sell your data, run ads, or use message content for anything except delivering it. Message bodies are read by our systems only to relay and sanitize them.

Messages and payment records are kept while your page is active and as long as payment regulations require. Want your page and data deleted? Email us and we'll handle it.
